Irix Cine lenses are a good choice for novice to professional filmmakers and they retail for a fraction of the cost of higher-end lenses. Priced reasonably, this is the ideal starter lens for the amateur photographer. The image is a little soft when the aperture is wide open but closing down a stop or two brings good quality and sharp image.
